1. 7-Day Window

  • You have exactly 7 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return, refund, or replacement.

  • Requests made after the 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Full Refunds

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Replacement & Warranty (Defective or Damaged Items)

  • 7-Day Warranty: We offer a 7-day warranty covering manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit.

  • If you receive a defective, non-working, or damaged part, please contact us immediately within the 7-day window with photographic or video proof.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on stock availability.

  • Replaced Products will be delivered within 4-5 days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that shows signs of use, installation attempts, or damage due to user error (e.g., improper installation of repair parts).

  • Items returned missing original packaging or parts.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at repireshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return (along with photos/videos if the item is defective).

  3. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 8-10  business days.
